Meadow Lake Coop is hiring a Hardware Sales Manager at our Service Center location in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Co‑op does business differently. Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain and secure the store location and property.
- Drive sales growth to improve profitability.
- Provide recommendations for major maintenance repairs, expense items and ensure proper housekeeping is maintained.
- Adhere to brand and merchandising standards.
- Procure merchandise, maintain ordering schedules and inventory control.
- In coordination with the Farm Sales Manager, prepare, administer and achieve budgeted goals and operating budgets.
- Review sales and productivity reports and operating statements.
- Ensure company procedures are followed.
- Lead the team, including recruitment, goal setting,



performance management and training and development.
- Build solid customer relationships and deliver solutions.
- Actively engage in programs aimed at promoting good customer relations, increasing sales and continually strive to improve the store's customer experience.
- Schedule team members.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Passionate about a career in retail.
- Passionate about creating a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and take direction when required.
- Previous retail supervisory experience; education and experience may be considered.
- Flexibility to be available for weekends, after‑hours calls and emergencies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
