The Energy Mentor will work closely with community organizations to deliver the Empower Me program, focused on energy conservation and home safety. Successful candidates will be culturally aware, fluent in English plus another language, and passionate about community service. Responsibilities include conducting workshops and participating in community events to create impactful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workshops tailored for community groups
• Promote the Empower Me initiatives in local regions
• Attend and represent Empower Me at community events




• Keep detailed reports on mentoring experiences
• Ensure accurate record-keeping through efficient entry
Requirements:
• Robust connections to community organizations in GTHA
• Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and email
• Strong English communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
