In this role, you will assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining a safe workplace. Responsibilities include monitoring building conditions, executing minor repairs, and aiding in the organization of the showroom. You’ll also manage supplies and coordinate with external contractors for special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain building safety and cleanliness
• Assist with showroom appliance displays
• Support basic installations as directed
• Respond to maintenance and custodial requests
• Maintain exterior property and seasonal tasks
Requirements:
• Skillful with basic hand tools and mechanical work
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures
• Solid ability to prioritize maintenance tasks
• Capable of handling physical demands of the job
• Class 5 driver's license is essential
