In this barista position, you will support The Bookstore's Starbucks, located on campus, serving a diverse clientele that includes students and faculty. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include operating coffee equipment, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Ensuring shelves are stocked and food items are wrapped is also part of your daily duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate coffee brewers and prepare beverages
• Manage cash register and verify purchase transactions




• Wrap food items and assist customers with their orders
• Stock and organize shelves in the beverage area
• Provide outstanding service to customers
Requirements:
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Solid interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous barista experience is beneficial
• Food Safe certification is an asset
