Job Summary

We are looking for Market Research Assistants to provide online feedback on a variety of Richmond topics, including political views, buying habits, consumer satisfaction, app reviews, and software usability. This is a strictly market research role, not a sales position, paid on a performance basis per task.

Responsibilities

- Fill out questionnaires sent via link for research purposes.
- Deliver tasks promptly and accurately, even when working from home.
- Follow instructions and answer questionnaires immediately.
- Check all responses for accuracy, spelling, and grammar.

Required Skills and Abilities

- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent reading and listening skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Qualified customer‑service attitude.
- Commitment to the task.
- Experience with day‑to‑day issues in Richmond.

Home Office Requirements

- Fully functional computer with Windows 7, 8, or 9; or Mac/Apple desktop or laptop. Minimum specs: 1.1 GHz processor and 512 MB RAM.



Desktop is preferred for some tasks.
- Internet speed: at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- Antivirus software installed.

Additional Information

Previous work‑from‑home experience is an asset but not required.
