Tim Hortons in Normandin, QC is hiring a Food Assembly Supervisor to lead daily food preparation and assembly operations at 1128 av. du Rocher.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules

Requirements

- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a food service or related workplace
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus, flexibility, dependability, and team player attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines




- Physical capability: standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
