We are hiring a Facility Cleaner at the Chaplin Family YMCA for a permanent full-time position. You will be responsible for cleaning various areas including showers, washrooms, and other facility spaces. Your work will support the mission of creating vibrant communities while ensuring the facility meets our high standards for cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize all facility areas including showers and washrooms
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and refill dispensers
• Wash and replenish towels as needed




• Attend training and meetings for role enhancement
• Deliver excellent customer service to all facility users
Requirements:
• 1 year cleaning experience in a similar setting
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
• WHMIS certification and First Aid with CPR-C are assets
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Flexible to assist with cleaning at Guelph YMCA
