Westmont Montessori School has an opening for full-time Elementary Classroom Assistants (CA) for the 2026-27 school year. In the role, the CA will provide support to students who have designated needs as well as those needing more generalized learning support.Hours: 8:20am - 3:30pm (less 30 minute unpaid lunch break)The Classroom Assistant will encourage inclusion in classroom activities, communication, self-confidence, student independence, and positive relationships between students and all staff members.The Classroom Assistant participates as a member of the school-based team. They assist in the planning and implementing of individualized educational plans and evaluating the social, emotional, physical and academic needs of students. Attendance at meetings discussing students’ program is required.The Classroom Assistant is expected to work closely with the reporting teachers, inclusion support teacher,
