FULL TIME C-STORE SUPERVISOR-PERMANENT

DUTIES:

- To assist the C-Store Manager in the operation of the Department within the budgeted guidelines for Sales, Margins, Expenses and Inventory.
- Understand and implement CASM standards which includes ordering, pricing and labelling of products.
- To train and supervise Pump Attendants as per the Co-op's guidelines, to provide excellent customer service.
- To complete daily paperwork, deposits, and other administrative duties as required.




- To perform all duties of Pump Attendants.
- To handle all customer concerns and daily operations in the absence of the C-Store Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Grade XII education or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experience; knowledge of carwashes and convenience store industry is an asset.
- Must be a self-starter and highly organized individual with the ability to achieve results in all key areas of responsibility.
- Must successfully complete Propane Certification program and Transportation of Dangerous Goods within 60 days of hiring.
- Must be bondable.
- Membership in Sherwood Co-op a prerequisite.
- Participation in direct payroll deposit program.
