In this crucial role with the Kitsilano Mental Health Team, you will provide nursing care that emphasizes cultural safety, interdisciplinary collaboration, and client-centered approaches. Your experience will be invaluable as you help clients navigate their healing journeys while managing mental health risks and promoting wellness in diverse community settings.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement patient-centered care strategies • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources • Assess and respond to client mental health needs • Facilitate individual and group counseling interventions • Conduct care planning and risk management protocols

Requirements: • Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse in BC • Two years of relevant experience in mental health care • Understanding of trauma-informed and harm reduction approaches • Ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds • A valid B.C. Driver’s License may be required
