Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct meetings, interviews, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Create process flows, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA analysts, UX/UI designers, and other teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value and project objectives.
- Support the development and refinement of product roadmaps and project plans.
- Review solutions and ensure they meet documented business requirements.
- Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate expected business outcomes.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support business users during testing.
- Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential impacts of proposed solutions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate requirement changes to relevant stakeholders.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date requirements and project documentation.
- Support continuous process improvement and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Business Analysis, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience creating process flows, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Valuable understanding of software applications and technology concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with BPMN or UML.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Product Management practices.
- Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is an advantage.
