FedEx is hiring a Customer Rep-Station at their Woodbridge, Ontario facility. This is a part-time, permanent position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced facility operations environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and administrative functions for hub and station operational areas including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service
- Tend to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages in a timely manner to optimise delivery time
- Serve as a customer's first line of contact for a variety of issues
- Perform data entry and review using Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Operate general office equipment including phones, copiers, and fax machines
- Complete mandatory training and recurrency requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college diploma preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience; dock operations or distribution centre experience preferred
- General business skills including typing, data entry, and use of office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations preferred
- Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle stress in a high-pressure, monitored, and changing work environment
- Must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment
Schedule
Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Posting End Date: September 1, 2026.
