As a key member of our fleet team, you will assist the Delivery Driver by managing delivery schedules and inspecting loads. Your physicality will be fundamental as you lift heavy merchandise into homes, complete product assembly, and ensure customer interactions are pleasant. Accurate documentation of delivery statuses is also part of your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning delivery routes with the Driver
• Load and check product readiness for delivery
• Lift and transport items into customers' residences
• Record delivery successes and document information
• Engage in customer service during assembly
Requirements:
• Must lift and carry merchandise over 50 lbs
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong focus on customer service
• Excellent organizational and communicative skills
• Must be flexible for shift work including evenings
