Key Responsibilities: • Lead development of comprehensive asset management plans • Identify and pursue business growth opportunities • Advise municipal staff on investment strategies • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget • Engage with community stakeholders including Indigenous communities
Requirements: • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent • Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario • 8–10 years focused on municipal infrastructure • Proven client relationship management skills • Knowledge of Ontario asset management regulations
