This position focuses on ensuring members have an outstanding experience in our clubs. As a Member Experience Associate, you’ll handle member concerns, assist with retail services, and uphold cleanliness standards. Individuals who excel in multitasking and have a knack for customer interactions will thrive in this setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively resolve member issues and liaise with management
• Provide high-quality service in cafe and pro-shop areas
• Conduct cleaning duties efficiently and safely
• Educate members on available programs and products
• Process all sales transactions with accuracy
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is an asset
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Certification in CPR & First Aid must be maintained
• Passionate about customer care and service excellence
• Availability for afternoon and evening shifts
