Typical progression: Operator What Is an Operator? An Operator is responsible for running the day-to-day field operations of the business. This includes:



Overseeing multiple trucks and routes Coaching and developing sales and service team members Managing daily performance, revenue, and customer experience metrics Ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards Acting as a leader on the floor and supporting the growth of the business Learn how to confidently present pricing and build value in office Develop objection-handling and closing skills Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance Gain transferable sales, leadership, and business skills No junk removal experience required. Full training is provided.
