As a vital member of the National Diabetes Trust team, you'll report directly to the Operations Manager. Driving routes and maintaining public relations while adhering to safety protocols is crucial. You will need to effectively navigate and manage donations while showcasing outstanding customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive to collect clothing and household donations
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance logs
• Complete necessary documentation and report to dispatch
• Deliver appreciation cards to all donors
• Follow all operational directives and guidelines
Requirements:
• Class 5 driver’s license with no recent violations
• Minimum of 5 years driving experience; 2 with commercial training
• Capability to lift loads between 10-50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
