Key Responsibilities:
• Process guest reservations and required documentation
• Maintain up-to-date profiles for each guest
• Ensure all guest requirements are communicated accurately
• Build strong relationships with both guests and staff
• Address any discrepancies in lodge reports promptly
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication skills in fast-paced environments
