Northwest Community Lodge is hiring three Continuing Care Assistants for the Chronic Resident Unit. This permanent role involves flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet residents' needs effectively. Your role is pivotal in helping clients with their physical and emotional daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care to residents regularly
• Facilitate clients' daily living activities
• Address emotional and spiritual needs of patients
• Maintain explicit communication with residents and team




• Exhibit organizational skills in managing care
Requirements:
• Continuing Care Assistant certification required
• Proficient in basic computer and communication skills
• Must work independently and be shift flexible
• Valid driver's license, Food Safe certificate where needed
• Required to be available for at least 24 hours in 3 weeks
