Become a Mini Kickers Supervisor at Community Y and create a fun atmosphere for children aged 4–7. This part-time role offers hands-on engagement through soccer activities.
In this pivotal position, you'll supervise children while promoting their social, emotional, and physical development in a structured soccer environment. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, your contributions will help instill confidence and enjoyment in young participants. You'll implement engaging activities that promote teamwork and skill-building alongside safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure active supervision during all scheduled activities
• Lead engaging and age-appropriate soccer sessions
• Maintain safety and security protocols at all times




• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for players
• Provide feedback to parents on children's participation
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
• Experience coaching soccer is a must
• Background working with children is preferred
• Solid communication and teamwork abilities
