This role involves leading birthday party games and ensuring all children remain engaged and happy. You’ll bring your enthusiasm and safety-focused mindset to create a fun environment. Communication with parents is key to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead age-appropriate games during birthday parties
• Keep children entertained and included throughout events
• Adapt activities for varying ages from 4 to 13
• Ensure a safe and organized birthday environment
• Collaborate with team members for smooth party execution
Requirements:
• Experience with children through relevant roles is preferred
• Confident and energetic in leading groups
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to engage children effectively
• First Aid/CPR certification is an asset
