As a First Nations, Inuit, or Métis youth aged 18-30, you will play an essential role in assisting clients through the intake process. Responsibilities include data management, coordinating intake meetings, and communicating effectively with applicants and families. Your support will be crucial for the productive functioning of housing services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process preliminary client information
• Maintain accurate client records and data entry
• Support the management of the client waiting list
• Organize intake meetings and collaborate with program staff
• Address phone and email inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
• Identifying as Indigenous youth aged 18-30
• Strong dedication to Indwell’s mission
• Knowledge of local housing resources
