Okotoks Physical Therapy is looking for an evening receptionist.
Hours would be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evening from 3:30 to approximately 7:30 or 8:00pm. Hours may vary depending on therapists’ bookings.
Duties would include but not limited to:
- greeting clients
- answering phone lines
- preparing documents
- accepting payments
- booking and billing treatments to applicable insurance, AHS, WCB or other funders
