Duties

- Provide a secure, clean, and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assist children with washroom routines, toilet training, and diaper changes
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning

Qualifications

- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
