In-home caregiver – private home – JK+MHF… family

Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position, between 30 and 40 hours per week. Adaptable / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job start is May 24, 2026.

Salary: Wage offered is $18.23 per hour.

Location: JK+MHF lives in Ottawa, Ontario. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood; school and parks are nearby. The city bus (Route #51) is easily accessible. The major intersection is Richmond rd. and Church ave.

Duties may include:

- Help with the care of three children, ages 7, 5, and 3.
- Organize simple games and activities to provide amusement and exercise.
- Help with the care and supervision of the children, especially when parents are not home.
- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise.
- Plan,



prepare and serve meals. Kitchen clean-up is also required.
- General housework that will include doing laundry.
- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment.

Qualifications:

- Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education.
- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver or equivalent training.
- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision.
