Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and assess nutritional risk levels in patients • Work under RD guidance for complex patient scenarios • Maintain accurate documentation of nutrition care plans • Utilize CBORD software for diet management • Communicate dietary changes effectively with healthcare teams
Requirements: • Relevant university degree or dietetic technician qualification • At least one year of relevant clinical experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and nutrition software • Solid problem-solving skills and flexibility • Comprehensive understanding of therapeutic diets and modifications
