In this casual role, you will engage with individuals facing homelessness and mental health struggles, focusing on their immediate needs and long-term independence. Your responsibilities will include guiding them through shelter processes, resource connection, and crisis intervention. Understand and support the holistic needs of our clients, applying trauma-informed and harm reduction philosophies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist community members in problem-solving and planning
• Maintain cleanliness and monitoring of program areas
• Respond to and de-escalate crisis situations




• Provide support for meal services and other essentials
• Document incidents and maintain confidential records
Requirements:
• Background in human services or related fields
• Ability to work in crisis settings and manage challenges
• Competency in Microsoft Office and record-keeping
• Current certifications in CPR and First Aid
• Ability to meet physical and emotional job demands
