Implementation Consultant – ERP Solutions

About the Role This Implementation Consultant will join the delivery team to ensure ERP solutions are deployed successfully across mid-market and enterprise clients. The role blends technical configuration, process analysis, and client training. You’ll work hand-in-hand with project managers, developers, and customer stakeholders to map requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ERP configuration workshops with client business units

Map business processes to system capabilities, identifying gaps and workarounds





Configure modules for finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing

Partner with development teams to support integrations and customizations

Deliver end-user training and create documentation

Support UAT and cutover activities during go-live

Qualifications & Experience

4+ years ERP implementation or consulting experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)

Strong functional knowledge in at least one domain: finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing

Excellent communication skills for client-facing workshops

Bachelor’s in business, IT, or related discipline

PMP or ERP certification a plus
