As a part time Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you'll support store functions before or after closing, with start times between 5 AM and 10 PM. Your role encompasses inventory management, product shelving, and creating alluring displays. Passionate about books and lifestyle products, you’ll help ignite joy and excitement in customer experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and replenish stock and incoming merchandise
• Create visually appealing displays following merchandising standards
• Support daily store operations pre and post-closing




• Cultivate a warm and inviting environment for customers
• Engage customers through storytelling and product knowledge
Requirements:
• Experience in specialty retail preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely
• Flexibility in work scheduling including weekends
• Commitment to fostering exceptional customer experiences
• Bilingualism in French/English required in Québec
