Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct guided tours and interpretive activities • Assist visitors with inquiries in person and online • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of facilities • Handle revenue collection through point-of-sale systems • Record and analyze visitor statistics accurately
Requirements: • Secondary school diploma or equivalent certification • Direct public communication experience required • Familiarity with interpretive storytelling techniques • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License for Newfoundland and Labrador • Background in performing arts or heritage education
