CILT is seeking a skilled part-time Financial Report Reviewer to join our team in supporting the financial operations of the Direct Funding Program. This is a hybrid role where your expertise will make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

As a Financial Report Reviewer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy of financial, payroll, and employment records submitted by Participants of the Direct Funding Program. This position will require meticulous attention to detail and solid investigative skills to report on any irregularities. You will actively participate in team initiatives to achieve effective financial administration across the program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Examine financial records for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct detailed investigations into irregularities




• Interact with Self-Managers and other stakeholders
• Oversee cash flow for program financing needs
• Engage in team activities to enhance program success

Requirements:
• Formal training in payroll, accounting, or auditing
• Experience with electronic bookkeeping systems
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Strong data presentation and reporting skills
