Maverick Volleyball Club is seeking a passionate Head Coach for the upcoming 2026/2027 season. You will provide essential leadership in crafting training plans, leading practices, and coaching during competitions. Your mentorship will be crucial for assistant coaches and athletes alike, ensuring effective communication and athlete management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and adjust yearly seasonal training plans
• Lead practices and coaching sessions
• Guide teams through tournaments and games
• Mentor assistant coaches in their development
• Engage with athletes and parents about schedules
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of coaching experience required
• Experience as a post-secondary athlete is an advantage
• Commitment to coach development and training
• Hold NCCP Trained Development Coach Certification
• Bilingual (English and French) is a valuable asset
