Hourly Wage: $18.00 to $20.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 44 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job Requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
- Evaluate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation
- Ensure food services meeting quality standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit cost reports
- Supervise and check assembly of food orders
- Schedule work shifts for employees
