Security Guard – Full Time

Skanna Systems & Investigations Inc. is currently looking for full‑time Security Guards in Bolton, Ontario.

Job Details

- Must drive (own vehicle) and have access to a car.
- Full‑time position.
- Open availability across shifts: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Enforce regulations of establishments.
- Control visitor access.
- Maintain order and adhere to post orders.
- Use telecommunications (two‑way radio, cell phone, telephone paging systems).
- Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures.
- Monitor security cameras.
- Operate security control room equipment.
- Patrol assigned areas.
- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
- Respond to alarms, bomb threats, and other emergencies.
- Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism.
- Prepare incident reports.

Qualifications, License and Certification

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- CPR Level C Certified.




- Valid Ontario Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Availability to work shift hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Ideal Candidate

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional work ethics.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn new site‑specific programs.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Willing to travel 40–50 km to work if needed.
