The Position
Air Canada is currently seeking Customer Experience Specialists to join its team at the Quebec City Airport. In this role, you will be in direct contact with our customers. You will play an important role in ensuring that all our flights are ready to depart safely and on time, while assisting customers at the airport at every moment of customer interaction during their journey.

What will your day look like?
As a Customer Experience Specialist at the Quebec City Airport, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team consisting of customer service desk agents and Air Canada representatives. You will contribute to a smooth customer experience:
- Check in customers and prepare and issue boarding passes.
- Assist customers during pre-boarding and provide information on flight schedules and connections.
- Provide assistance to customers with special needs throughout their journey and ensure they get to their boarding gate and baggage claim on time and safely.
- Stay on the move from one end of the airport to the other to get to the work areas to which you are assigned.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Availability to attend and successfully complete a paid five-to-seven-week full-time training program.
- Availability to work rotating shifts over a 24-hour period (including weekends and holidays).
- Ability to walk long distances or stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and provide wheelchair service to mobility-impaired customers.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines to ensure punctuality.
- Ability to comply with Air Canada's attendance and dress code standards.
- Experience in customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong ability to problem solve and find solutions in accordance with Air Canada policies and guidelines.
- Attention to safety and security.
- Punctuality and reliability to support the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the country concerned at the time the job offer is made. The search for any work permits/visas or other necessary authorizations is the sole responsibility of candidates for this position.

Language Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in English and French. In addition, special consideration will be given to candidates who are fluent in English and one or more of the preferred languages: Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic, Hebrew, Portuguese, Greek, Hindi, Punjabi.
