What Makes This Role Different:

- Regional routes (typically 2-4 nights away/week)

The Reality
This is one of the more physically demanding roles in the industry.
You'll be:
- Operating tractors and livestock trailers
- Loading and unloading livestock daily
- Working outdoors in all conditions
- Driving rural routes and gravel roads
- Running productive, full workdays
This role isn't a fit for drivers who:
- Prefer a "drive-only" role
- Prefer minimal physical work
What we're looking for:
- Valid Class 1 License
- Comfortable handling livestock and physical work (lifting up to 50lbs, bending/crawling)
- Safety-focused an dependable driver
- Livestock experience is an asset (we will train the right person)
What we offer:
- Average first year earnings of $75,000. Increased earnings come with experience and comfort in the role.
- Minimum pay agreement in place for first 6-months
- Quarterly safe driving bonus starting at 6-months
- Health, Dental & Vision Advantages at 3 months
At this time, this role is open to drivers who already have authorization to work in Canada. Unfortunately, we?re not able to support LMIA or RCIP applications for this position.
