This full time, permanent position involves supervising mail sorting and delivery, with direct responsibility for overseeing a team of letter carriers and RSMCs. You will promote workplace safety while conducting performance evaluations and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily mail sorting and delivery operations
Manage mail processing and set daily priorities




Implement workplace safety programs and conduct investigations
Provide guidance and leadership to team members

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent experience required
Minimum 1 year of team management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in a unionized setting is preferred
Post-secondary degree/diploma is an asset
