Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring seamless communication, organization, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Your proactive approach and strong technical skills will drive project success, coordinate resources efficiently, and support project managers in delivering high-quality results on time and within scope. Duties
Assist in developing project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely progression of tasks.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and resource allocation.
Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate project planning and execution.
Track project progress, update schedules, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Manage documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and daily logs with precision.

Qualifications




Proven experience in construction or civil engineering environments with a solid understanding of construction processes.
Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating methods.
Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid is highly desirable.
Robust organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices for document control.
Ability to communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Construction experience combined with a background in civil or structural engineering is preferred.

Pay: $45,842.35-$55,000.00 per year
