We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our HUNTING and FISHING sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and perks to customers.
Assist in merchandising and restocking shelves to ensure an organized sales floor.
Handle cashiering duties accurately, including cash handling and processing credit transactions.
Manage time effectively to balance customer service with operational tasks.




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store setting.
Utilize phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Knowledge and interest in hunting and fishing.
Dependable, courteous, and friendly.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
Ability to work weekends as needed.
