Duties
Lead and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently delivered
Develop cutting-edge menus that reflect current food trends and meet guest preferences
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, handling, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize operational efficiency
Train staff on proper food handling, cooking techniques, and service standards




Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction

Experience
Proven supervising experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive food preparation and cooking skills across diverse cuisines
Strong background in food service operations and restaurant management
Demonstrated team management and leadership abilities with a focus on staff development
Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices in the food industry
Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards
Previous restaurant experience showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
