MBA Distributors is the new Pepsi distributor in Northwestern BC and we are looking for a Sales Associate and Merchandiser with exceptional customer service skills. We are committed to serving the communities where we operate including Terrace, Kitimat, Prince Rupert, and The Hazelton’s.

Job Description

The Sales Associate and Merchandiser will support the growth of MBA Distributors. You will drive the success of the business by providing exceptional customer service to all of our accounts including merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
Help drive sales through active communication with customers to retain and grow existing accounts.
Sell product to pre-established scheduled customers
Complete fully and accurately all necessary paperwork
Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner

Qualifications/Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
High School Diploma or equivalent GED required. A University degree in business is an asset. Equivalent experience will also be considered
Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing with a secure driving record
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under minimal supervision




Time management and organizational skills are required
Robust customer service skills are required
Must be able to perform the physical aspects of the job involved in display building, and merchandising our products – you need to be comfortable lifting and standing for most of the day

Competitive base wage of $25/hr plus commission, and annual bonus

All offers of employment at MBA Distributors are conditional upon a successful background clearance check paid for by MBA Distributors. The standard clearance requirements depend on the position and may include some or all of the following: criminal clearance, employment verification, education verification, and driver's abstract review. A Driver's abstract is required showing no driving-related criminal code convictions in the prior 36 months, no more than two moving violations in the previous 12 months, and no more than three moving violations in the last 36 months. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
