As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalates in environments such as security operation centres , call centres, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.

Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays

Location: N3T 2Z7

Responsibilities for Surveillance Security Guard

- De-escalate situations professionally and maintain positive, respectful interactions.
- Respond promptly to elevated voices, incidents, and potential security threats.
- Monitor CCTV, alarm panels, and other security systems for suspicious activity or concerns.




- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols, including parking lots.
- Maintain a visible and alert presence to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity.
- Monitor and control access to secure areas and verify visitor identification.
- Identify and report security system issues, vulnerabilities, or malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed incident and activity reports.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and work with law enforcement when required.

Qualifications for Surveillance Security Guard

- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- First aid certification required
- Strong report writing skills
- Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
- Strong proficiency with technology
- Ability to stand and walk throughoutshift
