Reporting directly to the Store General Manager, you will focus on reducing loss through active engagement on the sales floor. Your past experience in loss prevention and your ability to coach others will support security measures and customer satisfaction. Maintain product security and oversee compliance with LP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead Loss Prevention efforts in-store
• Train associates on Loss Prevention tactics
• Ensure products are secured according to standards
• Record incidents and work with Regional LP Manager
• Promote customer awareness and engagement
Requirements:
• 6+ months of experience in retail preferred
• 12+ months in Loss Prevention or security roles
• Capable of lifting heavy weights, up to 50 lbs
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification during employment
• Computer literacy is advantageous
