Center / Mid Rider Order Picker – Crown Equipment

Location: Brampton -L6P 0V6

Shift: Morning Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Position Overview

OnSite Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Center / Mid Rider Order Picker for a full-time morning shift opportunity.

Candidates MUST have previous order picking experience operating Crown Center Rider / Mid Rider equipment and hold a valid external license/certification for the equipment .

In-house licenses or certifications issued only by a previous employer will NOT be accepted.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate Crown Center Rider / Mid Rider equipment
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to locate and confirm products
- Meet established daily pick quotas and productivity targets
- Verify products, quantities, and locations to maintain a high level of order accuracy
- Build and organize pallets safely for shipment
- Transport picked orders to designated staging areas
- Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or equipment concerns




- Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures
- Perform additional material handling and warehouse duties as required

Requirements

- MUST have a valid Center Rider / Mid Rider license or certification
- In-house licenses are NOT accepted
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating Center Rider / Mid Rider equipment in an order picking workplace
- Previous experience with Crown equipment strongly preferred
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to consistently meet pick rates and productivity quotas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
- Must be available to work the full 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift
- Must be willing and able to successfully complete a criminal background check

Important
