PCH Builders is seeking a dedicated Concrete Formwork Specialist to join our expanding team. This skilled labour position involves executing detailed formwork placements, rebar reinforcement, and ensuring structural precision. You will also have opportunities for cross-training and engaging in general construction tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and dismantle formwork for foundations and slabs
• Interpret engineering drawings for accurate formwork placement
• Install shoring and bracing systems to secure forms




• Execute rebar installation based on schedules and drawings
• Support general site operations and other trades as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years of construction experience in concrete work
• Proficient in formwork systems and rebar fabrication
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract
• Active safety certifications (CSTS-20, WHMIS, etc.)
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
