• Process and manage ticket transactions and sales

• Facilitate communications between departments and guests




• Welcome guests at the lifts and verify ticket validity
• Manage lost items and locker rentals efficiently
Requirements:
• Strong background in customer service
• Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive outdoors in all conditions
• Proficient in Office software, including Excel and Word
• Cash handling and administrative experience preferred
