Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in executing daily maintenance work orders
• Repair and maintain equipment in suites and facility
• Conduct painting and other minor repairs
• Carry out inspections of equipment and grounds
• Complete fire safety and security checks daily
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and hand tools
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and safety standards
• Ability to lift heavy weights and work at heights
