Anne Mulaire Designs is building a roster of Casual Sales Associates to support our boutique and to represent the brand at events and tradeshows. We’re looking for someone who brings a seasoned, confident presence, enjoys genuine conversation with clients, and can step in on select Saturdays and occasional event dates as needed.

What You’ll Do

- Create a welcoming, elevated client experience through conversation, styling support, and fit guidance—in-store and at events
- Drive sales with a client-first approach (suggesting pieces, building outfits, and confidently closing)
- Represent Anne Mulaire as a professional brand ambassador, comfortably working independently or with a small team
- Operate POS/payment processing and follow cash-out procedures; ensure strong transaction accuracy (including terminal/cash where applicable)
- Maintain a polished selling environment: merchandising, steaming, folding, restocking, sizing support, and keeping the space/booth organized and beautiful
- Handle returns/exchanges with a solutions-first mindset (where applicable)
- Capture leads (email sign-ups), collect feedback, and support basic client follow-up as needed
- Support logistics as required: opening/closing tasks in the boutique; and for events—set-up/tear-down, packing/unpacking, inventory counts, and product tracking during the show

What You Bring

- Experience in retail or customer service ,



ideally in a boutique or service-forward workplace (fashion/apparel is an asset)
- A polished, confident, calm presence —comfortable building rapport with a discerning clientele
- Strong judgment and reliability; comfortable being the go-to person on shift and at events
- Sales mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
- Comfort with basic tech (POS, email/text communication)
- Ability to assist with light physical tasks (garment racks, boxes, set‑up/tear‑down); accommodations available as required
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset, but not required

Work location

Winnipeg boutique (303–421 Mulvey Ave. E.) plus offsite events and occasional out-of-province tradeshows.

Schedule (Casual / On-Call Roster)

- This is a casual, on-call roster position. Shifts are offered based on business needs; hours may be irregular and there is no guaranteed minimum.
- We are specifically looking for availability for a few Saturdays per month, plus occasional weekday/evening shifts for special events.
- Out-of-province tradeshows may be available for those who are interested and able to travel.

Compensation

- Hourly wage based on experience + vacation pay in accordance with employment standards
- Event/tradeshow assignments and travel details (if applicable) are confirmed in writing in advance
