Responsibilities

- Pressure washing.
- Sweeping.
- General cleanup.
- Rubbish removal.
- Snow removal.
- Commit to quality and safety in a secure work setting.

Qualifications

- Reliable transportation and appropriate work attire.
- Good manual dexterity and eyesight.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- A team‑oriented personality with a positive attitude.
