Essay Writing Coaching

Guide students in mastering Critical Literary Essays and Personal Responses, using standardized structures and scoring rubrics based on diplomas.
Textual Analysis

Facilitate in-depth study of texts, including short stories, poems, plays, and non-fiction, helping students understand themes, characters, and rhetorical devices.
Assessment & Feedback

Design quizzes, mini-assignments, and mock exams; provide individual feedback to help students track their progress and improve writing clarity and depth.
Differentiated Support

Provide tailored instruction for ESL or struggling students, addressing vocabulary, grammar, and logical flow in comprehension and expression.
Exam Preparation

Prepare for practice exams, time management strategies,



and answer breakdowns based on official scoring criteria.
Classroom Engagement

Maintain a supportive and structured learning setting that encourages participation, critical thinking, and respectful discussion of literary topics.
Parent & Program Communication

Provide periodic updates to the coordinator or parents (if applicable), summarizing attendance, participation, and progress.

Job Type: Part-time
